    Product:  MS S&T 2013.  New problem occcuring.  I plan a route and save it to flash drive > remove the flash drive > susequently reinstall flash drive and OPEN the file > make changes >  try to re-SAVE the file > get message "The volume for a file has been externally altered so that the opened file is no longer valid".  I try to close the file and get, "...(file) already exists.  Do you want to replace it?".  Answer YES > get message "The volume for a file has been externally altered so that the opened file is no longer valid".  File disappears.  What  is happening and how do I avoid it?
