First set the email on the queue with allowing email router. Then approve the email of the queue. On the email router panel load the emails and test if the account has the access.

I set the email on the queue to email router and approved it. I thought went to the email router configuration and tested that Queue and it tested successfully? However, when I emailed that address it DID NOT show up in the Queue in CRM.
What's missing?
Do you have to have a User with that email address or can you just create the Queue with the approved email?
