crm 404 error after install RRS feed

  • Question

  • Installed CRM 4.0 on server 2008 with SQL 2008 and reporting services.  Reporting services configured and working.  Crm 4.0 installed with along with email router and connector for reporting services.  Followed instructions on kb 950100 .  Still receiving 404 error when trying to access site

  • In addition to check what Scott said, check your Async service and ensure it is running.  Also check the IIS server and ensure your website is running.

  • Is CRM installed on port 5555 (default) - or did you install it on another port?
