  • Hi,
VB 6 can't use the CRM 2013 SDK dlls (they require .NET 4.0) but VB 6 can consume web services.

Probably will be trouble to call the CRM endpoints directly from VB 6, so my suggestion is to create a web service (written in .NET) that will act as a proxy between CRM 2013 and your VB 6 application.

  • hello Hiram,

it will be a bit difficult to get CRM to connect to VB6.0.

might be easier of you use VB.net.

or, you will have to follow Guido's advice and create a wrapper for your vb application.

if your need is just to read CRM data from your vb application, you could query data using filteredviews of CRM.

    regards
