OCS communicator cause the Outlook crash

Question
-
Hi, one of my colleague got the following error message from his outlook 2003 after he installed OCS 2007 communicator:
"Unable to display the folder, another application closed unexpectedly while using your peryour personal folders file 'c:\Documents and settings\xxx\local settings\Application Data\Microsoft\Outlook\outlook.ost'. To prevetential damage to your Personal Folders file,it will not be available until you close all applications currently using it."
And he has to restart the outlook, but apparently the OCS 2007 communicator still can use. It seems happened once a day.
has any idea?
Thanks!

I might have seen this issue before (I think it was the Search indexer using the file)
You can view which process is using the file with process Monitor

ModName: ntdll.dll ModVer:5.1.2600.2180 ModStamp:41109b4

Any further suggestions for the original Outlook error message? We've seen the same error, we haven't tried the hotfix (yet), but it doesn't list the Outlook error as one it fixes, so was wondering if anyone has found other things.
We'll try the hotfix and I'll post back on our progress.
Thanks

What version of communicator (build) and Outlook (build + SP level) are you using?
