Microsoft Sync Framework 2.1 - Hotfix - KB2703853 - Redist?

  Hi all,

  Concerning the below Hot fixes for the Microsoft Sync Framework 2.1, would anyone know if they are redistributable?

  Also they don't seem to be Hot fixes as such and uninstalling the old and reinstalling the new, seems to be more like a major upgrade.
