Hi
There is no pure Visual C++ certification (or MFC one), however it is possible to get the MCTS Windows Application Developer certification using Visual C++ as your language in the exam.
Both exam 70-536 and 70-526 are offered in VC++.
Hope this helps

It seems that MS exams do not cover specifically language skills but more cover framework skills, i.e. how to make use of Microsoft technologies that can be used to encapsulate the core application like security and robustness.all of microsoft exams are aimed to test the ability to perform the microsoft products.Because C# language and other languages don't belong to Microsoft company .so there are no specified tests for C# or other computer languages .
