Pipeline / salesprocess error (CRM 2013 Online - updated from 2011 on Polaris forms) RRS feed

  • I have 2 customers on Polaris who have just updated to 2013.

    Salesprocess stage changes was automatically (before the update) reflected in an updated "stepname" field (text field). This also made the out-of-the-box Pipeline charts work.

    I signed up a new trial 2013 with demo data (just after the 2013 release, so about one month old trial), and here also stage changes are reflected in the "stepname" field.

    Can anyone tell me if I need to activate something after the automatic update or maybe tell me if this feature has been removed (which I find questionable since it worked on my new trial account).

    (The real probelem is: if I can't make this work, I can't trigger any workflows on stage changes)
