Hi,
You don't have many options. The better option is you insist with the support of Microsoft reporting your problem and urgency. Are you sure that you are introducing the right credentials?
I can giving you another possibility, it's an idea i don't test, that is create another application that connects with CRM Online and download the solution. With that you can store your customizations backup. See here how connect.
Hope this helps.

Hi,
The error message has no clues, so call to support, they can turn on dev errors, to see detailed error.
Hope this helps.

Hi Azevedo ,
Thanks for your Support
I tried below one and this worked for me ... I created new online crm with the same credential .. then opened the Solution(settings--> customization) page .. then i changed the organization name(with previous crm, which i was not able to login) in url .. its opened that previous CRM(for which i was not able to login) and i exported the Default Solution ...
I tried your Suggested way . using this i am able to Export Solution Which i created in CRM , But if want Default Solution how i can do that. In exportSolutionRequest , SolutionName is a required property . What should i pass here .
exportSolutionRequest.SolutionName = solution.UniqueName;
Once Again Thanks..
