Unable to Configure Dynamics Email Router with CRM 2013 Online RRS feed

  • We have just had a new CRM 2013 Online instance setup and we desperately need to get email working via the Email Router,  We have tried to find a workaround for this but it just doesn't work.

    Under Deployments tab when trying to add our instance we use our url https://orgname.crm4.dynamics.com/ and it complains that the url must follow the https://discoveryserver/myorg format.

    We have the MAPI, Online Sign-in Assistant & Dynamics SP1 update installed.

    Any help would be much appreciated.

  • Have you tried https://disco.crm4.dynamics.com? For CRM online, I remember we should use this to have a try.

  • we had tried that without adding "orgname" to the end of the URL which for some reason just came to me now. thanks for your help
