URGENT! I'm having trouble renewing my MCT membership this year - it's not recognizing the MTM evals submitted RRS feed

  • It says I have a score of 0 when I know that I have a high score. It's like it can no longer see my MTM account. I've been successful in previous years and no changes have been made that would cause this.

    Please advise how I can reconnect these accounts. I'm running out of time! I've had to deal with several MAJOR personal crises in the past month and so only now have gotten to do this. I didn't expect problems! Help!

  • Have you tried calling the Regional Service Center over the phone? I have found them very helpful in the past.
