Quick A/V and Web Conferencing question

  We are in the process of planning and deploying OCS for multiple sites. I was wondering how OCS handles A/V and Web conferencing across sites. DO you connect to a local A/V or Web conferencing which then multi-plexes all traffic to the A/V server hosting the conference or do all users connect , irrespective of location back to the MCU hosting the conference?
