SLA KPI Failure time calculating incorrectly RRS feed

  • Hi All,

    I have run into an isuse with SLAs. I have a customer service schedule of Mon - Friday 9-5. I have applied this to an SLA with a failure tolerance of 1 hour. However when calculating the failure time it is calculating it by adding 1 day so its thinks its should be failure tomorrow one hour after it started and not today.

    Any ideas of what this might be.
