Outgoing email and a Forward mailbox for incoming email. I have read the knowledgebase article for what is required for the setup and it seems to be straight forward. However, I have been told that the Forward mailbox which will also be the service account
needs to be set up to act on behalf of all the users who will be using CRM; so, I have to setup Exchange impersonation. Is this true? many thanks
