How to migrate SharePoint 2007 to Hyper-V

Hi,

We have SharePoint2007 running on Windows 2003(Ver. standard 32 bit). It is working fine. We want to migrate it to Hyper-V virtual machine running Windows2008 (Ver. Enterprise 64 bit) server (4 core CPU, 24GB RAM and 1GB HD).

Does Hyper-V support SharePoint2007 (32bit)? How to migrate SharePoint 2007 from Windows2003 to Hype-V running windows 2008?

It appreciates for help!!!
