Schedule Automatic Synchronzation with Outlook - Disabled RRS feed

  • A few of our users are using Dynamics CRM 2016 RTM with the Outlook plugin, and suddenly the Option to "cannot re-enable it.  It says "this feature has been turned off".  See screenshot below.  Any ideas what might have caused this?

    Thanks for that; I added the "Manage User Filter" privilege as the one article suggested, but that didn't solve it. 

    The has looked at their Outlook settings as the other article describes, but hasn't been able to figure it out..

  • Hi NateOne,

    In first article comment its indicate that manage user filter synchronization worked for out of box security roles but does not for new security roles.  As i am not confirm on this. But, have you tried this.
