Heres the diagnostic report.
I have already done the phone activation after online activation failed. Unfortunately after that is done, it says the product key is already in use. Then it suggests to press 1 to talk to a representative, that also does not work because the line gets cut. I have tried it numerous times. I already tried that. After not replying to the voice automated service, I am asked to press 1 to talk to an operator. Unfortunately it only rings once and goes silent. I held on for a while maybe about 2 minutes, without any ring tones, there was simply no other sound. Is there a number I can call directly ??
