off topic - Stolen (phished) e-mail address

  Hi, my husband's hotmail account was stolen (phished) and is being used to send out junk mail. We tried to get in to change the password, but apparently the password has also been changed by the phishers so we are unable to get in to his account to reset the password. Is there anything we can do to get his account back? Thanks, Shannon
