Accessing Multiple Business Units RRS feed

  • Question

  • Hi,

Given a scenario where we have a Top Level Business Unit for the Organization which spans across a country.

We have multiple business units which resemble different states and come under the top level business unit.

eg. we have bu1, bu2, bu3, bu4, bu5. Out of this if we want a particular user to have access to bu1 and bu2 but not bu3,bu4 and bu5.

    how can we implement this?

  • suppose ORG is root BU which represents your organization. You can fulfill your requirement in the following way :

    - you can create 2 BUs, say BU1 & BU2 under ORG.

    - add b1 & b2 under BU1 & remaining b3,b4,b5 under BU2.

    - add user to BU1 with access level Parent: Child Business Units

    Thank you.
