Validation issues: Says Offioce not activated RRS feed

  • Question

  • I have 3 DELL computers that fail validation for Office saying it is not activated.  However, if I go to an Office program and try to activate, it says it is already activated.  Dell suggested reinstall of Office, but I can't do that either.  It comes up with error message saying installation source can not be identified.  These are Small Business editons.
