  • My validation of genuine office failed because office home and office student validation failed.  I have genuine microsoft office, so what should I do so that I can download the microsoft outlook hotmail connector?

  • You need to unistall the trial version of Microsoft Office Home and Student Edition in order to pass Office Validation.
