Hi All,
I am facing one issue while importing an entity. The error says:
"An entity contains two views with the same name.Remove one of the views and try to publish again"
Intresting thing this is when i went and saw the views of that entity i found two same view with same name are set to Default public view.
I cant update the name of these views as when i try to edit and save it doesnt allow to save.
And promt me saying No two view cant exist with the same name.
Please let me know how you guys solved this kind of issue(I need both supported and unsupported way)
Thanks in Adv
Arif.

Hi Mohammed,
One thing you can do is to edit the customization for that entity and edit the XML directly and change the name of the view there. I've run into similar issues like this, and that's how I solved it. Good luck!

Danny is correct - here is an example from Sonoma Partner's blog that explains how to resolve it.

If you aren't comfortable editing the XML file (and you're correct, this isn't an officially supported process) - I would encourage you to open a ticket with Microsoft Support and have them assist you with the change.
