Can anyone tell me what is the cause for the
MicrosoftFixit Program not being able to finish the scan - Error message: 'We have experienced an unexpected error and cannot continue'. I'm running VISTA Home Premium on Pentium IV PC, and I was able to run the
MicrosoftFixit Program
before without any problem (probably BEFORE I installed Service Pack 2 Update).
NOTE: I have reinstalled the MicrosoftFixit SEVERAL times but it made NO difference.
An earlier detailed advice how to fix this problem would be greatly appreciated...!
