  I have been offered a scholarship for college but I am required to find the following answers regarding the career I am interested in from major IT companies and I am hoping someone can help me. Here are the questions I need answered:

  • How many computer programmers have you hired in the last year?
  • What education and experience do you prefer when hiring?
  • What are the wages and benefits you offer to new employees?
  • What changes in hiring computer programming do you expect in the next 2-3 years?
  • What are your recommendations for appropriate training in order to be hired with your company?
