MSCRMEmail EventViewer error incoming email. RRS feed

  • Hello, 

    I'm watching several logs in the Event Viewer related to the MSCRMEmail. The error description says as follows:

    #9628 - An error occurred while delivering the e-mail message with subject "subject" in mailbox example@email.com for delivery to for delivery to http://localhost/org. System.ServiceModel.FaultException`1[Microsoft.Xrm.Sdk.OrganizationServiceFault]: Object reference not set to an instance of an object. (Fault Detail is equal to Microsoft.Xrm.Sdk.OrganizationServiceFault).

    I have three servers, Front End, Back End & Email Router. I have an incoming profile and forward mailbox with the following features:

    Direction: Incoming

    E-mail Server Type: ExchangeOnline

    Protocol: Exchange Web Services

    User Authentication: Clear Text

    Use Autodiscover URL

    And I set the user credentials.

    I have tested the Access and everything is ok but the incoming emails does not reach the CRM.

    What am I missing? :(
