OneCare support with no associated Live ID?

Question
-
My mother has a paid subscription to OneCare. OneCare is alerting her that her subscription will "renew" in what is now 9 days. My first question is what does "renew" mean? Does this mean they are going to charge her credit card again? We tried to go online to get more information about the status of her subscription, but her Live ID, which is also her hotmail account, appears to not be associated with her OneCare account. She has no idea what info she used when she signed up. I tried to use the support functions, but at some point it always asks to sign in with the associated Live ID. Somewhere along the line it told me that if I check the "about" section within onecare, it would show me what live id is associated with the account. Well, there is none, only the product id. What do we do now? Thanks.

If it wont validate your Live ID, choose the option you are a beta or trial subscriber to reach support.

Yeah, I tried that a few times. Every time I select the beta/trial radio button, it removes that option and insists that I validate with a Live ID. At one point I even got an option to validate with the product key, but again it refreshes the screen and the only option I get is Live ID.

If you have lost your Live ID, but you have a product key you can contact support and they can find the Live ID associated with your product key and help you to reset the password. How to reach support - http://forums.microsoft.com/WindowsOneCare/ShowPost.aspx?PostID=2421771&SiteID=2

Unofficial path - send me an email at sboots@mvps.org with a subject line including "OneCare" (to get past my spam filtering) and in the message body, tell me what country you are in, your forum nickname, and paste this link

I am not online 24x7, so you may be waiting for a reply, but I'll do my best to hook you up with support.
