CRM emails duplicated 10 times RRS feed

    Has anyone ever seen a problem with the CRM email router sending out duplicate emails? We have a client who sends emails out using the web client, and when he does, it will sometimes send the email 10 times, each separated from the next by 1 minute. The email router is isntalled at this client. The user's user record is configured to use the Email Router for both incoming and outgoing emails.

  • Did you ever get this figured out? I am having the exact same problem. 10 emails duplicated with same CRM token and everything.

  • We are experiencing something similar as well. Not 10 duplicate emails, but maybe 3 or 4.  Any answers?


    (My client has CRM 4.0 w/o any rollups.  So far, they've refused to install any rollup updates.  Is this fixed in one of the rollups?)
