Has anyone ever seen a problem with the CRM email router sending out duplicate emails? We have a client who sends emails out using the web client, and when he does, it will sometimes send the email 10 times, each separated from the next by 1 minute. The email router is isntalled at this client. The user's user record is configured to use the Email Router for both incoming and outgoing emails.
