New subscriber w/trial version RRS feed

    I too had nothing but problems subscribing during the remaining days of my trial version.  I finally just went into the home page of Live OneCare and bought the subscription.  Now, my question is this:  before I download the subscription, do I need to uninstall the trial version?  Or do I just install the subscription version?

    Gail, the trial version and the subscriber version are one and the same. So, you should be able to activate the trial by clicking the link to subscribe and signing in with the LiveID you used to create the subscription.

    What problems did you encounter when trying to subscribe from within the trial?
