Missing IO.OCX file error?

Question
-
Hi guys!
I am trying to install a program but am having some issues, whenever I try to run the program after installing it i get an error message which reads "Component 'IO.ocx' or one of its dependencies not correctly registered: a file is missing or invalid".
Do you know how I can fix this problem?
Thanks in advance!- Moved by Mr. Wharty Thursday, July 10, 2014 10:03 PM Not a Training and Certification question

Perhaps contact the developer of the software?
Also, did ya note this forum is specific to Microsoft Certifications?
