Need to delete and reinstall office 2010 student edition??

  I am having some problems accessing files as I can only access them by going into powerpoint for example and opening them from there.  I bought this version online and don't remember if I bought it through microsoft.

  Do I need to delete and reinstall?  If so, how can I reinstall it from online?  I also bought the korean language pack.
