  • Hello kuzano,

As you know, a Multiple Activation Key (MAK) is a Volume License Key that activates an orginization's client and server computers by connecting them to a Microsoft activation server.  Volume MAK keys are used by Large Companies, Universities and Government Agencies (normally organizations with over 1000 installs) to easily manage large numbers of Windows or Server installs, in situations where a KMS Volume License solution is not feasible.

The Volume MAK key, used to install this copy of Vista, has 0 (zero) Activations remaining.

To resolve your issue, please see the Volume License Keys for Windows Vista FAQ page at http://www.microsoft.com/licensing/resources/vol/ActivationFAQ/default.mspx  and see the answer to the question "Q: Can I increase my MAK activation limit?" The FAQ will provide detailed directions on how to request an Activation limit Increase.

Note: Please be sure to have your organization's Select or Enterprise Volume License Agreement number handy when calling for the limit increase. Also, if you are not your organization's Agreement Administrator, you may need to have the person that is, make the call to request the limit increase.

    Thank you,

  •   Oh, and by the way, the Volume License Key, used to install your copy of Microsoft Office Professional Edition 2003, is blocked by Microsoft. The key is widely leaked on the internet and originally belonged to a large software company in Washington state.

Please immediatly uninstall this copy of Office and contact your organization's Network Admin or IT Dept for your organization's proper Office VLK key.
