Cannot contact SharedView, Please try again later RRS feed

  • Question

  • I had been using SharedView for a month or more and then I started getting this error when I try to start a session.  I can jon a session but I cannot start one.  What changed? and how do I resolve this?

  • I have exactly the same issue. Plus, signing in with a different user, the session starts as expected. Same behavior is reproducible from different PC. Looks like a sort of limit on the LIVE account.
