  • As per my knowledge, Lead Conversion can't be customized here. But you may create your own dialog (in the form of asp.net web application) to customize the interface and restrict some logic (for example if you want the user to convert the lead only into account).

  • Hi,

these dialogs are hardcoded aspx-pages. You can change these aspx pages to do what you want but keep in mind, that this change is unsupported.

The dialog you are searching for is on the CRM Server on the path: <CrmWebRoot>\SFA\leads\dialogs

  • Hi,

Before changing the aspx, you should make an Backup of course.

in the aspx, search for this line:

    <label for="radQualify" style="FONT-WEIGHT: <%= CrmStyles.GetFontResourceAttribute("General.Bold.font_weight") %>"><loc:Text ResourceId="Web.SFA.leads.dialogs.conv_lead.aspx_162" runat="server"/></td>

Instead of <loc:Text> just write Yes.

There is a similiar label for radUnqualify

  • No, just like this:

    <label for="radQualify" style="FONT-WEIGHT: <%= CrmStyles.GetFontResourceAttribute("General.Bold.font_weight") %>">Yes</td>
