Windows 7 Genuine Pop-Ups

Question
-
I HAVE BEEN PROMPTED TO POST MY ISSUE ON HERE.
I have a question about Microsoft Genuine. I have recently been getting an pop up window saying to get Microsoft Genuine and I followed the instructions accordingly. I was moved to your website and I downloaded a file called legitcheck.hta. I ran the program and all it told me to buy the program. I already know that my Microsoft is legit because I still have the box with the product key and that I have had this computer for almost 3 years. I don't know why I now get this pop up saying that I have to get Microsoft Genuine. Is this something that I will need? Why is it now that its telling me this? If I need it for my computer, why do I have to pay an additional 149.00 dollars? If it is not required, is there a way to remove it from my system?
---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
I ran the file again and it tells me to "Install genuine Windows" and that "Files that Windows need to work properly have been modified, removed, or disabled. To resolve, you need to install genuine Windows. Not to worry, we can help you with that." Then it shows me two tabs; the "Buy genuine Windows" and "Troubleshoot".
I told you as much information that I could think of right now. I just want to know if this is a major issue and that i should give my computer to and IT, or that Windows genuine isn't necessary. By all mean, if you can help me out as much as possible, that would be nice, but if it doesn't work, I'll just remove the Install genuine Windows Pop-Up.

Tampered File: %systemroot%\system32\slui.exe|slui.exe.mui|COM RegistrationTo confirm that the problem is what I think it is, please run the following commands in an Elevated Command Prompt window and post the results.

Here are some instructions to make life easier :)
1) To open an Elevated Command Prompt Window (the ECP window), click on Start, All Programs, Accessories – then right-click on Command Prompt, and select Run as Administrator. Accept the UAC prompt.
2) To run the commands easier, highlight the block of commands, and right-click on the highlight – select Copy. In the CP Window, click on the black/white icon at top left – select Paste. The commands will run but may not complete the last command, so hit the Enter Key once.
3) To copy the results... click on the Black/White icon in the top left, and select Edit... 'Select All', and hit the Enter key - then use Ctrl+V or r-click+Paste to paste it into your response.

I've uploaded a file - Sluicom64.zip - to my OneDrive at Noel's OneDrive
Please download and save it to your desktop.
Right-click on the saved file and select Extract all...
Save it to the default location
This should create a file sluicom64.reg
right-click on the file, and select Merge
Accept the warnings, - you should then get a 'Success' message.
Close all windows, and reboot.
Run another MGADiag report, and post the results.
