    Hi Phil,

    I hope you can help. I bought WGA since may 06, 2006. No confirmation email, no word at all from Microsoft. I'm in the US and my email is working fine. I do not have the phone number or the email address to address my concern. Please help. I'm lost. I just can't belive it. And my VISA card is reporting minus 161.29 dollars from Microsoft.

    I just looked the case up to see if there was any information and it shows you were sent an email with instruction on what to do next.

  • It will be the second case I will open, I did one yesterday (SRZ060517000208  ) and another one today (SRZ060518000528). What else can be done so I can get my key... or an email?. I'm really stuned and confuse at the same time.
