Hello, swet
Look on the sides of the computer, there should be a Certificate of Authenticity (CoA) sticker on it somewhere, usually on the top or on one of the sides toward the bottom.
If you are unable to find it or you know that it was included in the documentation and not on the computer, you will have to call Lenovo to get a replacement.
If you are able to find the CoA sticker, when Windows gives you the option to change your key, enter the one on the sticker and continue.
