Annoying problem MSS->PBX - dropped call, oneway RRS feed

    We have a annoying problem that occurs a few times per month. Calls that are transfered from speech application at MSS to call center are dropped or one-way (end user cannot hear what call center people say). Problem is solved by a restart of OCS machine. Load on machine and number of occupied lines is low. Redirect is done by BlindTransfer control.

    Have not found anything in eventlog or speech server log to indicate that anything has happened.

    Setup is OCS 2007, Eicon SIPControl, Diva cards and Asterix PBX.


    Has anybody else had this problem? I know it is a long shot but am all ears what to look for.
