When Attempting to Post: Unexpected Error

Question

Happened to me a few times in the past few days.
The window appears to be dead after the error pop-up. I copy the intended post info, open a brand new window, locate the thread, paste and presto...works the 2nd time.

We are looking into these. There have been a couple of operational related issues happening we are looking into. Sorry for the trouble this is causing everyone.

Brent,
The forum issues over the last few days have been incredibly frustrating. It would be useful to have a fixed status announcement at the top of this or even all forums, so that we at least know you are aware of the issues and are looking into them. Without any status of this sort we have no idea whether you even know of the issues and users feel completely isolated as a result.

I got a 100% replay when I post a new reply along with code and something after the code, so similar to:
Hi XXX,
here is the code:
<CodeSnippetFromtheModalWindow>
-Jens
And I get replays while changing existing posts.

For those investigating, I am trying to change the following post
to correct links, names, etc. and get a big javascript error message now with error 500. The HTML I am trying to replace is the following:
