  • We have a Dynamic CRM 2011 installed at one of my customers, and the system is used World wide (Currently Sweden, Norway, Austria and US).

    It works well for all users apart from the Austria-users, but when they have a german version of windows and Outlook , they cannot list Contacts nor accounts in the CRM. They can list them through the Dashboard, but if you browse it otherwise - it will just load and load forever.

    It seems to be a problem when the Windows and Office is Another language than the CRM or Outlook-folders.
    Anyone ever had a similar problem?
