validation email not received RRS feed

  • Question

  • In September 2, 2007, I made a WGA order from Venezuela.

After some days I received the CD without key.

I supposed the key would be emailed me within 10 days, but I have not received it.

The order email pointed to https://ics.one.microsoft.com, and I can read my name in the order for

"Windows XPPro Genuine Adv Spanish Direct CD & On-line Product Key" so I suppose it is a real order.

The status says "En curso" (on the way) but it was more than one month ago.

Venezuela has some restrictions to money transfer...

May be there is a problem related to that?

If the email was lost in spam filter, how can I get it again?

I will not post the order information here,

but I will send it to the right support email when I know it.

Thank you for posting. Please check your junk mail filter to ensure it has not been placed in that folder. If you have junk mail set to automatically move and delete messages you should request further information from here:

http://www.microsoft.com/genuine/selfhelp/OrderHelp.aspx?displaylang=en . Please select your country from the drop down list @ the bottom. The actual URL for Venezuela is http://support.microsoft.com/gp/contactusen/?ln=es-la .  Next send them an email/call and request the information to be re-sent to your address (the email address you originally used).  They will be able to send you another email. You may also list *.microsoft.com in your trusted domains for email and receive future Microsoft email directly into your Inbox. They will be able to send you another email.

Hopefully this was able to provide you with assistance.  Thank you.
