    Can you tell me what kind of functions come standard with Microsoft Dynamics CRM for forecasting/managing purchase orders?

    It depends on what you are looking for, you can create order records in CRM and record a PO number on the order and manage the status of an order

    What sort of functions are you looking for?

    I'm guessing that you need an ERP/Accounts system like Dynamics GP, NAV or AX which can be integrated with CRM.
