Remote Desktop not working. Video card?

Question
-
Hello,
I have just installed Mesh and I'm having a problem. I cannot use remote desktop on my laptop. I am behind a router but I have also tried connecting to the Internet directly.
Live Mesh is on the firewall exception list, enhance service is installed and I have tried everything on the troubleshooting page.
Is it possible that the video card (GF8400M) to be the problem although I have the latest drivers?
I must mention that folders can be synced.
The OS is Vista Business 32 bit.
Best regards.
Victor

If this solution does not resolve your issue please send me a copy of your Live Mesh logs (Start>All Programs>Live Mesh>Collect Live Mesh Logs>CAB file on your Desktop) to LMPREV@Microsoft.com.
Thank you!

Hi Victor,
When you say that you cannot use remote desktop - can you describe exactly what you mean (e.g., do you receive an error message)? What about the computer you're trying to connect to: e.g., is it listed in the Live Mesh notifier as available? Is either computer behind a proxy server?
Any extra information could help us determine what's going wrong.
Thanks,

It's easier to explain with images (I don't know how to upload them here so I've uploaded on imageshack):
All the images are taken from the laptop. The laptop is not behind a proxy.
The image from mesh.com:
The error I get when I try to connect:
Mesh application:
Even though the application displays the laptop as online, on mesh.com it is offline:

Hi Victor,
Thanks for the screenshots. It looks like you're actually hitting a fairly new, emerging issue that we're currently investigating. It would help us if you were willing to send us your Live Mesh logs from the computer ("My Laptop") that you cannot connect to. To collect your logs, on that computer, go to Start Menu > All Programs > Live Mesh > Collect Live Mesh Logs; this will generate a .cab file on your desktop. If you could then email the .cab file to lmprev@microsoft.com, with a brief description of the problem (and feel free to reference this forum thread), we will add that data to what we have, and let you know once we have determined what the issue is and how to resolve it.
Thank you,

Interestingly enough, I'm now having the same issue after I updated the drivers for my own video card. When I get home, I'll see if I can do the same thing and send the logs.Friday, October 3, 2008 4:34 PM

Please restart the machine that you are having problems connecting to and let us know if you still have any problems.
Thank you!
