    once i signed in with my email username and password , it tells me that i have to prove my identity for security 

    they asked to send code to my phone but i dont have it anymore , the second option is to verify online by asking some questions like , what is another passwords you used for this account , what are emails that you've been massaging recently with the exact subject .. etc 

    i didnt use any password for this email since 2009 .. , also i dont remember any email i've sent recently etc , so it said its not enough information to prove my identity 

    now i want my account back mr careful microsoft
