Microsoft account "Unusable" RRS feed

  • I'm not sure if this is correct forum. If not please direct me to the right place. I recently changed a Microsoft account from support@somedomain to itsupport@somedomain after receiving the confirmation email and following instructions it now states that the account is unusable and the old support@somedomain doesn't exist. I had this tied to the client VLSC account as well and now it cannot be accessed. Can you advise?
