How to obtain hotfix build 2.1.2503.00 and the subsequent hotfixes?

  Hi MS,
  
  We have developed our product over the Sync Framework 2.1 and now we are facing the problems which falls similar to one that was fixed in 2.1.2503.00.
  
  In the article "https://support.microsoft.com/ms-my/help/2531321/description-of-the-hotfixes-that-are-released-in-sync-framework-2-1-bu", I could find the description but the downloads.
  
  Can you please help me on this at the earliest?
