OFF TOPIC: Antivirus 2009 still cannot delete RRS feed

  • General discussion

Why antivirus 2009 affects explorer V6? I already delete the folder of this antivirus 2009 to the programs folder after I close the pop-up from the task manager. And still it affects the internet explorer by explorer warning and I cannot connect to to my yahoo account.

  • I have the same/similar problem.  I have gotten rid of pop-ups by running ATF, EWIDO, SUPER ANTI VIRUS over and over again in safe mode.  I also ran the virus scan through CARE One.  Once pop up stopped under ONE user name I was able to connect to Yahoo and other sites previously frozen out of but not the other user name.  After running hours of programs again on inffected user name I would be able to operated normally.  However, the ONE user name then became infected and would not allow connection to Yahoo and other sites.  I had previously called PCSAFETY,  after a 2 hour wait I was told to download EWIDO and run.  I was also sent an email with instructions.  They also indicated 'one of our customer representatives will attempt to contact you to verify the result of the instruction given to you during the last call.'  THIS DID NOT HAPPEN.

Isn't it ironic PC SAFETY sends instructions via email when you can't even access your email.

What can be done to permanently eliminate completely from computer?
