  • Hi,

    I have a plugin that grabs an incoming Email entity. I have that ready. Now what I need to do is to add this Email to an Incident (I have the GUID of the Incident) as an Activity. I basically want to copy the Email to the Incident.

    How can I achieve this? Which objects/entities and methods must be used?

    I believe the difference here is that the Email object I'm working with is an Email that is delivered to CRM via the Router software. So, since the code didn't work for me, I'm assuming that the Email object that I'm working with is locked or something.
