    I am sorry to have to tell you that your installation of Office is based on a Blocked Volume License Key - and was never valid, as the key was originally owned by MS itself, until it was published on the internet and consequently blocked.
    You say that you bought the computer with Office pre-installed. Was this direct from HP, or through a reseller? - or did you buy the machine from another user? If from HP, then your sales invoice should specify exactly what was included in the sale, and Office would be an extra charge - I would however be surprised if it did come from HP, as your machine appears to have been manufactured in 2008, and would certainly have been provided with Office 2007, rather than 2003, if that were the case.
