Automatically reset call type to 'Communicator Call' for all contacts in MOC at sign-in? RRS feed

  • Does anyone know if is this possible? The idea is to save cost as some users might 'forget' that they are always calling the users mobile number as each contact remembers the most recentely used option instead of placing a direct communicator call.

    We are using enterprise voice (not RCC).
