  • Livecare installed some sort of update that required a reboot.  Now my Powerdesk7 software will not work and triggers some sort of info message to Microsoft.

  • I've moved your post to the update folder since it is related to the update to OneCare 2.5.

    I'm not familiar with PowerDesk7, but it may be as simple as reinstalling that software. Does PowerDesk7 require network access? Is it possible that it is being blocked by the firewall?

     

    On the other hand, you may want to contact OneCare support since this has not been reported by anyone else here, yet.
